What I’m doing now

A lot of things, actually.

I am in Romania, beautiful place I must say (and the food is great).

I have decided, for my own mental health, that I would leave most social media behind, and focus on coding. It has been alright so far. I have been reading some cool books, like Data-Oriented Design by Richard Fabian, or Programming a Problem-Oriented Language by Chuck Moore (Forth creator!). Some others, but these two are available for free. I should make a list with free resources… I will think about it! I am currently reading Effective Modern C++ by Scott Meyers.

Besides that, I am good. Still interested in Open-Source, although I am currently a bit detached. Not because I dislike it, which I don’t; it is more about the fact my current situation is not as stable as I would want it to be, but I will be back to work soon in my main projects (I just need some time, and all that). I am currently with job interviews too, I will surely change this soon tho, hopefully. Tomorrow I have one. I am nervous, but I know I can do it (if you are the interviewer, do not take this part to heart).

I don’t know what else to say. Well, last week I wrote the 3DS Forth compiler in C23. I am currently working on a C++ Pascal compiler targeting x64. Both will be available soon in my new compilers repo (you can already find a few others in there).
